Consultation Fees
Initial Consultation (45 minutes) — $100
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know you, understand your diabetes history, discuss your goals, and identify the key factors influencing your blood sugars and overall management.
Follow-Up Consultation (45 minutes) — $100
Follow-up appointments provide ongoing support, education, accountability, and guidance as you implement changes and continue building confidence in your diabetes management.
Medicare Rebates
Australian residents may be eligible for a Medicare rebate when referred by their GP under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care Plan).
To access Medicare rebates:
Book an appointment with your GP.
Discuss your diabetes and ask whether you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan.
Request a referral to a Credentialled Diabetes Educator.
Obtain your referral before your consultation.
Attend your appointment and claim your Medicare rebate after payment.
Eligibility and rebate amounts are determined by Medicare and your GP. If you're unsure whether you qualify, please speak with your healthcare provider.
